SWAN's annual Expo event will take place on August 21st at the NIU Naperville Meetings and Conference Center.
We have begun planning sessions for the event, and we'd like to invite anyone interested in presenting a session or leading a discussion to submit their ideas. Our session proposal form is available on our SWAN Expo information page and is open to all. The proposal form will be open through May 4th, 2026.
Interested in participating, but have questions? This year, we are hosting two virtual drop-in sessions with SWAN staff to field any questions you may have. The sessions are not mandatory, but they can be a great way to find out about presenting at Expo or to bounce ideas off of us before submitting a full proposal. The sessions are:
Presenters and participants in panel discussions will have their registration fee for the event waived. Registration for SWAN Expo will open in May.
