Checkouts

Renew eligible items and view your checkout history in the mobile app.

Renew checkouts

If items are eligible, you can renew items no sooner than 3 days before the due date. Keep in mind, if your library participates in Auto Renewals eligible items will automatically renew.
If you have trouble renewing an item, contact your home library for assistance.

  1. Select My Account from the home screen.
  2. Select Checkouts from the menu options.
  3. Select the item you want to renew.
  4. Select the Renew button.

Renew all & multiple checkouts

For your convenience you can renew all or multiple checkouts at once (if items are eligible.)

All checkouts

  1. Select My Account from the home screen.
  2. Select Checkouts from the menu options.
  3. Select the Renew All button.

Multiple checkouts

  1. Select My Account from the home screen.
  2. Select Checkouts from the menu options.
  3. Choose the Select button.
  4. Use the check boxes to select your checkouts.
  5. Choose the Renew Selected button.

Checkout history

If you opted to show your checkout history through your home library you can view your past checkouts.
If you do not see this option, contact your home library to opt in.

  1. Select My Account from the home screen.
  2. Select Checkouts from the menu options.
  3. Select Checkout History.
