Database Error when checking in item (error number 100 on transit write)

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:

Sometimes in Workflows, customers will encounter a database error when trying to discharge an item. Although this is more often than not a result of there being issues with bill counters - sometimes this database error is due to transit records. This issue requires maintenance to be performed on the SirsiDynix Symphony server by SirsiDynix Customer Support. 

SOLUTION DETAILS:

Submit a SWAN support ticket and we will work with SirsiDynix to resolve the issue.
