Update 2:30PM: We've confirmed that this also affected email to our alias email addresses, resulting in some libraries not receiving reports in email. If you're missing any reports that are usually delivered on Sunday and Monday, please let us know and we can provide these.
On Sunday, 11/23, SWAN experienced a brief period of time where SendGrid, our mass email provider, stopped processing emails for our account. This outage has been resolved and email from Sunday evening and on are being processed and delivered as expected.
A couple of emailed reports, List Users Created Last Week and MessageBee Report Digest were among the email that was not processed. We have already re-sent the List Users report, which should have already arrived at your inbox. We're also checking with MessageBee to see if they're able to re-send the digest email as well. In the meantime, this information is available on your MessageBee portal. Information on how to check your stats are available on our support site.
This outage also impacted patron check out receipts as well as Aspen PIN reset requests. If you receive any questions from patrons regarding these, we apologize for the inconvenience, but these cannot be easily re-processed.
