Running Reports in MessageBee

The reports and graphs area in the portal is where you can create a statistical report on your notice deliveries. You will apply the report filters to create a report. See below for instructions on how to generate reports in both the new and legacy portal. 

New MessageBee Portal

  1. Select the type of report
  2. Refine which communication method and channels you want to report on (see second screenshot for expanded options)
  3. Select the notification type (this varies based off the selection in step 1)
  4. Select date range.
  5. Export results
  6. Click on Mailbox to view report results exported in step 5.

If you Download the report and selected multiple items you may be notified that the file is too large and needs to download. When it is available you will find it in the Downloadable reports area. For newly run reports you will get an indication over the icon of the envelope at the top of your screen (step 6) which you can also click on to retrieve your report.

Click the download icon on the far right to view your report. 

 

Legacy Portal

  1. Select a Communication Channel
  2. Select a Default Report Filter
  3. Select Notification Types
  4. Select Notification Sub-type(s) (if needed)
  5. In Series select the information you want projected on the graph
  6. If you select Dates from the calendar, it supersedes the selection you made in the Default Report Filter
  7. Select Retrieve Report Data

Your results will include a graph and a breakdown of the information below it. Use the selections under Series to modify the display of the graph.
