As of Wednesday, November 30, all Baker & Taylor services are available.
It has come to our attention that Baker & Taylor is experiencing another outage and they have brought down some customer-facing services. From what we understand and from testing, this includes Axis 360, TitleSource 360, and Symphony Acquisitions. There is currently no service from these services. We are monitoring the situation and will update this issue as we have new updates.

SirsiDynix has reported that BLUEcloud Mobile access to Axis360 has been restored. Patrons should be able to borrow materials. Axis360 materials are still unavailable through Aspen Discovery. |

SIP2 and Z39.50 connections have been reopened with Baker & Taylor. |

Baker & Taylor has reported that the issue is resolved. SWAN staff are currently testing and working to renable SIP, Z39.50, and Acquisitions access. |
