Join SWAN staff in open office hours to answer your questions on quarterly billing and interlibrary-loan. This includes review of quarterly billing, OCLC WorldShare ILL and configuration questions, and handling exception cases.

The Circulation Working Group works alongside SWAN staff to create recommendations for better circulation practices. Members also serve as mentors for new Circulation Managers.This meeting is limited to the working group members only. 

The Discovery Working Group is comprised of library staff across public and technical services.
