The Transit Label Generator Tool is currently down. We are investigating the cause of the issue and will resolve it as soon as possible. If you regularly use the tool to print your transit labels please hold your material on the side to scan when the issue has been resolved.

The issues with the SWAN tools on the support site were caused by the domain issue we experienced yesterday. Although the domain issue was resolved, these services took longer to restore than others. |

The disruption with our domain registrar yesterday blocked some of the email Hold Pickup Notices from being sent. You will see these in your MessageBee errors today as "Invalid Sender Domain". Unique is currently sending a Library Notice Was Delayed email containing a copy of the notification from the SWAN account to the patrons that had blocked notices. |
