Libraria has updated their FTP server to SFTP. This change requires SWAN to make an update to our Symphony server. We are currently working with Libraria for this adjustment.
This change will also require libraries to update the information in the EDI Addresses tab in their vendor records; Libraria is providing that information. You can open a ticket if you need assistance updating your vendor records.
We will update this Known Issue as we have more information.

SWAN has completed the necessary update to our Symphony Server and successfully received and sent files to Libraria. Libraria should be reaching out with details, but if you update your Libraria vendor(s) in Symphony with the following, you should be good to move forward: XFER_SCR: sftpsendxpo The XFER_ADDR field will also need to be updated with the address you receive from Libraria. You can open a ticket if you have not yet updated your Libraria vendor records and need assistance. |
