Date Description

After working with SirsiDynix support on this issue, we believe we have reached a solution. We have confirmed with several libraries that report e-mails are being delivered.

We are considering this issue resolved but are continuing to monitor subscriptions. If you fail to receive an expected subscription, please open a ticket and let us know.

Thank you for your patience.

We are continuing to work with SirsiDynix on this issue.

Libraries are receiving reports that we send out to all libraries including shelf checks for Custom Longoverdue, In-Transit, Missing, and Last Copies with Holds. Those reports are subscribed with the Aliased Email Accounts we have for each library (XYZ@notices.swanlibraries.net. Those emails go through a separate process with SWAN that allows the emails to be delivered.

The libraries impacted by this issue are not receiving reports that are subscribed directly to individual email addresses in the library.

SirsiDynix is currently experiencing issues with email delivery from the new BLUEcloud Private Intelligence Server. At this time, delivery issues appear to be isolated to libraries using Google Workspace.

We're working with SirsiDynix support on a resolution and hope to have an update soon.

While we work with SirsiDynix on a resolution you can run the reports manually and export them as Excel files. Follow these instruction if you are not familiar with manually running reports from your BLUEcloud Analytics subscriptions.

Follow the directions on the Login to BLUEcloud Analytics page of the SWAN website

Click on My Subscriptions

Click on the underlined name of the subscription to run the report

Export the report

  1. Click Report Home
  2. Click Export
  3. Click Excel Plain Text

When you open a ticket regarding missed report emails please include your email service provider. If you have already opened a ticket please update the ticket with your email service provider. Initial appearances suggest this is an issue with libraries using Google Workspace but we want to make sure it is not happening with any other email service providers.
