This session is a cross-functional discussion on practical techniques that help libraries operate more efficiently. Participants will have the opportunity share examples of how they’ve used our platform, vendor tools, or internal workflow efficiencies to streamline everyday work. Perhaps there's a home-grown report you use to get something done, or maybe you've restructured a department to share responsibilities. We're talking about any tasks from inventory and shelving workflows to materials processing to ILL and anything else. The focus is on ideas that reduce friction, save time, and make daily operations easier.This is a one-time discussion, not a presentation or training event, and as such, it will not be recorded.
