Quick recap
The meeting focused on completing a review of the RFP document, which included comments left by members of the group. The goal is to issue the RFP by Wednesday, October 14. SWAN staff on the committee will complete the changes requested, and incorporate recommendations from the attorney review. We discussed the scoring matrix and will meet to work on the weighting and point system at the next meeting. Vendors have been invited to review the ILS & Analytics public webpage and are aware of the upcoming issuing of the RFP.
