Scott Brandwein addressed the group about the upcoming RFP, making note that there may not be a migration, but this RFP process has begun.
Crystal mentioned that the election process will begin in late September, early October. She also made mention that the mentorship program has one new mentee, and Sandra is the mentor. Crystal also promoted Helen's mentor program for ILL staff.
The group worked on the Use It or Lose It workshop. This group of presenters went through the items and made decisions on what they would do with them. There was much discussion on how to incorporate specific notes and internal processes. They will continue working on the PowerPoint portion, the pamphlet, and the voting document. The group will do a run-through in September at River Forest.
Pam Kamin ran through the presentation outline for EXPO. All documents are in the sharepoint and the group is meeting again in early August.
